RBC has always been stupid early to try to be ahead of everyone. Last year they did their last superday around early March so there's still time to network and all that.
Dont listen to this. If RBC did interview this early that’s dumb on their end. Other banks will kick off next year around the normal time (end of Feb through April)
It is still too early to be networking right now too. You’ll likely be forgotten within the next few months so saving networking till end of November and into December is more ideal.
