They made summer 2021 offers during summer 2019, pretty absurd. Honestly might be worth it for freshman - RBC is definitely better than the alternative of BB like UBS or other pseudo-BB like Wells Fargo Securities.

RBC is easily stronger. It doesn't surprise me they are doing this. A fast growing spot atm and has made its way to BB territory recently.
