does anyone have any idea as to what RBS' compensation is like for 1st year analysts in lev fin, syndication, or other cap. markets groups in Stamford? Do they pay street bonus or just the 70K base? Is there a signing bonus for FT? Thanks.

Ok makes sense- the reason why I asked was because I saw several entries in the Company Database that said the base was 70K and there was no bonus.
