Real Estate Exit to Private Banking & WM/PWM

Currently a trainee broker in outer London decent comp for age and experience I guess. £28k/pa + 10-15% bonus. For a 19 year old in this trash job market.

Currently wondering about some exit opps in like 2-3 years time. My firm offers free: CEMAP, Level 4 Diploma in RFP and Level 4 IAD. I’m gonna take all and get all qualifications. Wondering what firms to pivot to as I didn’t take the traditional I.e didn’t go to uni and got into financial services through networking… UBS, JPM Private banking & GS wealth management would be happy days down the line given the economy gets better and I get more experience.

At least OTE is £55k+ next year when I get promotion 🤣. Any comments would be appreciated
