Real Estate Internships? Valuable or not?
I'm currently interning as an investment analyst at a REIT going into my sophomore year. I know I'm probably too late for 2026 summer recruiting but I wanted to know if this role is actually beneficial and if anyone has transitioned from a RE role to an actual IB/PE role later? I'm at a semi-target in Canada.
