Real Estate Technology / PropTech-focused IB Groups

So I know there's plenty on here about RE/REGL and tech groups at the various banks, but curious if there are certain banking groups (particularly in NYC) that focus heavily on the overlap between tech and RE. Or are most of the transactions that happen in this space right now just located within the tech groups at banks? And if so, is proptech just a designated subgroup within tech groups or is there ever crossover with the RE coverage group?
