Realistic salary expectation?

salutations, fellow monkeys

i'm moving into a new role in a 'bulge bracket' bank. they're part of leveraged finance and deal with private equity lending.

from what i know, it's a dept of 14 (2 MDs, and 2 teams of 6) and they made a profit of 180mm$ last year (i know). i got this info from one of the management accountants at the firm i went to school with. they're expected to make over 250mm$ in 2018. the guys tend to work from 8am to 9pm every day and some weekends too. i'm joining as a 3rd year analyst. about to do my level 2 CFA in june.

what kind of salary would you say is suitable for this.
