Recent College Grad working JPM Finance- Advice on lateraling into IB?

I am a recent college graduate from NYU and have been working in JPM as a finance analyst for a little over a year. Looking to make the transition into IB and I have done my homework (solid on technicals but still working on building models).

Now the hard part is landing an interview and making my non-IB resume stand out. How should I go about recruiting? Do I apply for a job and just cold email contacts? Any guidance would be great!

Also I am open to all sectors but am more focused on Health Care so if you guys know any HC banks- please lmk.
