Recommendation for employment lawyer

Question for those of you in IB / PE that have moved firms at the mid to senior level.

Could anyone here recommend an employment lawyer or firm to review offer letter t’s and c’s along with make whole bonus agreement?

Guessing there might be some tax implications as well. Do these lawyers typically roll in unofficial tax advice as well or what is the best way to get that information / any good recommendations for tax folks?

Anything else you could share on your experience, the hourly rate / total fee, turnaround time and any other tips would be helpful.

Most interested in specific recommendations on who you guys use. Imagine there are a few go-to folks / firms that can review these agreements and make sure things are kosher.
