Hey All,
Does anyone know or can point me to resources about how much it costs to hire a new employee in the field of finance (IB/IM/S&T, consulting, marketing, accounting)?
I don't mean counting base salary,etc. but purely recruiting costs - on campus interviews, on-site interviews, job postings, etc.
