Recruiting for IB for Multiple Cities at the Same Firm

Rising sophomore here. End goal in NYC IB. Do firms get pissed if you recruit for multiples cities at the same firm? Thought process is that for a top bank, an offer at their LA or Chicago office is probably more attainable than their NYC office. I want to apply to less competitive offices to boost my shot at an offer, but I don’t want to screw up my shot at NYC. Also, if I get an offer from top bank in a less competitive city, could I leverage it into an NYC offer at another bank? For example, could I get accelerated by Citi NYC if I tell them I have a BOFA LA offer? Is BOFA NYC out of the question if I’ve already recruited for their LA office? Is it arrogant to think I’ll be able to manage networking for so many offices/cities? Would appreciate any insight/advice here, thanks
