Recruiting in Japan -> USA
I am kind of confused on the issue of recruiting for both Asia and the US. I am fluent in two Asian languages and wanted to see how I do in recruiting for Asian office of BBs. Also, to get a little bit of interview practice before recruiting for US. So, if I were to recruit for Tokyo offices for BBs and potentially receive an offer can I hold on to that offer while recruiting for positions in the US? Also, since Japanese recruiting is entirely separate from US recruiting would there still be a problem in terms of later on during the US recruiting cycle since BBs would most likely keep track of you?
One of the reasons I am doing this is to see whether I would like working in Asia better or the US. Is this practice allowed?
