Recruiting Platform

I went through the recruiting cycle for investment banking and growth equity and did not receive an offer. I look back and think how disorganized this process was (both from my perspective and the firms perspective). I was wondering if anyone has created a platform or technology that is tailored to organizing the vast amount of information that a student deals with on top of their school work? I know LinkedIn is great for networking and learning more about a given company, but often I found myself disorganized. For example, applications were opened and closed before I ever knew they were opened, I couldn't keep up with networking so many people, and I consistently filled out the same parts of applications for different firms. What if there were a platform or "hub" where students could be reminded when they haven't been in contact with an employer for a week or autofill most parts of an application or detail all relevant files to a given firm under one tab. Maybe this already exists and I did not realize, maybe this is something that there isn't a market for, but I would just be curious whether other students would find this useful?
