Hey everybody, I recently had a reference check post Super Day at a firm. They talked to a majority of my references who I think gave very good referrals but I haven’t heard anything back from the firm yet and it’s been a few days since the last call…Am I dinged? Do they typically have multiple candidates hang around for reference checks or do they only do these for the one candidate they plan on taking?
