Regional boutique pay?

I'm from a lower cost of living area in the SW region (Georgia/Flordia) and recently got an offer at a regional boutique for 80k all in. I'm pumped because I networked my ass off to land the opportunity coming from a non-target and having no previous IB experience. Is this offer reasonable? I really have no idea since all I see is NYC/SF pay but not much about smaller shops in other areas. Any help would be great!
