REIT M&A Question - Taxes
Are taxes negligible in M&A REIT modeling? Looking at line items in a model I am building (as practice), and it don't seem that taxes are included?
Also trying to calculate the pre-tax and post-tax cost of debt here, and it seems they'd be the same here?
