Have to forecast a REIT's financials up to 2024. Have no idea where to start and would appreciate any pointers/resources. Thanks!

Career Resources
Sell side research reports from banks and major brokerages for forecasting along with historical financials. Also might be worth taking a look at the real estate market during the 80s when they raised rates to cut inflation but I'm at the asset level so take my advice with a grain of salt
