Quantify results whenever possible, like "cut turnaround from five days to two." End with what you learned. Pick stories with real stakes, keep answers to about two minutes, and prepare five to seven flexible stories you can adapt to different questions. Practice out loud so it sounds natural, not memorized. If you share a real story, I can give specific feedback.”
