Do you feel remote work improves focus and output, or does it hurt visibility and promotion chances?
Lifestyle-wise, it sounds great (no commute, better health, flexible schedule), but does being out of the office reduce deal exposure or mentorship opportunities?
For analysts and associates, especially, is remote work helping your performance, or quietly limiting your upside? Would love to hear real experiences.
