nah there is a Renaissance Capital. The amazing quant firm that has 300 employees is Renaissance Technologies.

renaissance capital is NOT renaissance technologies.
Renaissance Technologies is perhaps one of the top 3 most elite names in all of finance.
I've never heard of Renaissance Capital, but I was intrigued and looked at their website... looks pretty legit, but again, not to be confused with the aforementioned.
RenCap is ok - Russia and Africa focussed. Reputable shop to work for in Europe / Russia. Good in energy space.

Very legit place, key player in all the markets they are in. Compensation on par or better than the street. Most seniors are from London/European BBs and reputable western banks (my MD was an M&A banker for ten years in London BB before switching to our office in the middle of nowhere).
