Hey guys.
I have to prepare a report about possible merger of 2 companies. I have limited resources of time and my boss said to look deeper into statements and ratios.
But the question is, what should I look deeper into and what line to compare. From ratios I think it should be for sure liq/solv of the acquirer. Anythink else?
And what should I compare between companies? Operating cash flow from acq with long term assets of a target? It's my first such report and I have no idea what to do :/
Any ideas are welcome.
