Rescheduled networking call last minute
So I had a networking call with a banker and I sent an email to reschedule 2 hours before the call. Obviously, this doesn't look good. I'm sick with strep but I was going to tough it out cuz it's just strep but I lost my voice 3 hours before the call and it wasn't coming back. I feel really bad for rescheduling but I literally can barely speak. I feel bad though, is there anything else I should do or say. Did I do the right thing or should I have toughed it out? What does this mean for my chances with the bank?
This happens all the time. Banker is likely not going to care if your response back was short and sweet and asked for whatever time works best for them. Just need to be professional when maneuvering these situations.
