Residential Housing Markets
Inventory/supply is low in many major suburban areas nationally. Replacement costs are up (lumber/steel/other commodities up). Are we about to witness a prolonged run up in single family residential housing? Or is this just a supply blip. What are the factors that might suggest supply relief? What might suggest this could go on another 2-3 years?
