Resignation "Go Bag"
Monkeys,
I'm resigning from my firm today. When you have strategically planned your resignations in the past what did you take with you? A lot of what I have worked on is my firm's property and I understand that, but what would you, or have you, taken with you? i.e. outlook contacts
There's a 1% chance my boss might just show me the door.
1) Contact info from outlook/business cards 2) Final electronic versions of your more interesting reports/work -- for future reference 3) Anything you have tacked on your cubicle -- I have tons of random garbage on my cubicle 4) The phone numbers of any secretaries/analysts you wanted to bang but didn't.
Best of luck!
Fill your pockets with as many pencils, erasers, white-out, and staples as you can. That shit is expensive.
Fuck it, go for broke.
Definitely contacts and your business cards. Export your address book and send it to your personal email as an attachment.
Also if you have any Powerpoint, Word or Excel TEMPLATES, grab those as well. You never know when they'll come in handy.
shit on Debra's desk
