Restructuring: Creditor vs. Debtor advisory

Is there a big difference between working for a restructuring firm that specializes in advising creditors vs. debtors in terms of quality of experience, work load, exit ops, etc?

I understand that the work might be more intensive advising a debtor while on the creditor side, you're just waiting for an offer and evaluating the best option.
