Absolutely.  Bankruptcy and Restructuring firms or specialty groups at any bank are going to see a stockpile of work.  A good place to be if you don't want to be unemployed :-)

 

In restructuring you can take part in M&A (in the form of both asset/business sales and mergers), debt placements (every restructuring will probably have a Debtor In Possession "DIP" financing), equity placement (rights offering or new IPO post emergence)

It can be a great place to learn especially at a major bank that has a good name behind the practice.
