Restructuring in Asia (Singapore/HK)

I'm a current JD/MBA at a top program (H/S/W) and interested in both restructuring/distressed work and working in Asia. Does anyone know any banks that have strong restructuring practices in either Singapore or Hong Kong? My guess was Rothschild or Lazard given their international presence, but was curious if anyone had any direct knowledge. Also, is there any chance of getting these jobs at the associate level without mandarin fluency? Might also be interested in FIG banking if anyone has thoughts on that as well.

I have some experience working and living in the region, but I don't speak any languages (at least not at a business level). Would prefer a principal investing role, but that would obviously be an even bigger stretch (was at M/B/B before b-school).

Any thoughts would be super helpful...

No idea, but:

-as I understand Lazard in Asia isn't like Lazard in the United States. -hk and singapore business is conducted in english -MS lumps restructuring with M&A, but I don't know how good they are at restructuring? -your chance is good, b/c they love name brand schools
