Resume: Deal Experience

I have closed only two deals in a year and a half of banking (curious to also see where other people are at?). One of the deals was a multi-billion deal which I'm able to speak intelligently about and played a big role in. Another was a capital raise in which our group barely did any work and we basically just got paid a tiny fee at the end, didn't even make materials or handle diligence, etc.. Is it even worth it to put the second deal in my resume? Appreciate the help.
