I was shocked when I saw a Citi SA position posted on my school's career website as I go to a complete nontarget. They were not doing On campus interviews just resume drop. The recruiters name is listed. Would it be inappropriate for me to email her and let her know my interest in i banking and Citi in general etc? How would I phrase it?
