Resume with 2 experiences same company

This summer I am working in a BO role and I was working in a BO role at the same company last year (different group though). I'm trying to break into IB, and currently my resume only has the role from last summer. How should I go about adding my current work experience to my resume, as I have other curricular activities that help me be more competitive, if I were to remove them just to have the same company twice I think it would take away from my resume. Thanks.

I wouldn't say you should necessarily do this, but you could literally just as two time stamps to that career on your resume, and keep it at the top. For example: (June 2019-August 2019, June 2020-August 2020).
