Return Offer in BB

Curious what the process is like. Who has more say, the staffer or MD or analyst/associates?

Getting my decision this week (London) and have been told by 1 analyst that I am definitely getting it, though I would like to manage expectations

The staffer collects feedback from Analysts and Associates as well as MDs and their combined feedback will form the basis of whether you get an offer or not.

Not relevant to answering your question, but could you tell us a little about how you conducted yourself / what you felt you did well to warrant the analyst saying that? Would be useful for me and plenty other students on here I imagine.

JPM or DB?
Staffer sends an email to analyst/associate who provide feedback on the interns they worked with. At the end tick the box either « recommend » or « do not recommend » extending an offer. The thing is, in each team there are always people whose voice matter a lot more. If these persons don’t like you, you are fucked
