Really low across the board dude. Nobody is hiring either and it's an impossible market to crack. Starting to lose hope - sucks to work so hard for years just to get fucked by external factors completely out of our control.

Same here, got screwed over despite really strong feedback, seriously depressed and starting to have very dark thoughts

I’ve worked my tail off for 3 years and gave everything to the internship just for a no offer despite high quality work that would have earned an offer any other year and am being kicked to the curb in the worst recruiting market since 08. If I slacked off and lost it due to poor performance it would be one thing but effectively being shut out of the industry after putting in so much is a terrible feeling

Following. This sucks but trying to stay optimistic and accept that IB may not be the path for me. If anyone has experienced this and landed another decent job in finance i’d appreciate any advice because i’m pretty lost right now
