As things start returning to "normal", what are your banks saying about work schedules once offices open? 5 days a week? 3 days a week? More flexible?

I believe my bank is doing a hybrid model once summer ends, so sometime in late September/October. Honestly seems like the ideal way to go about it—camaraderie of late nights in the bullpen + face time with the group countered by working on your own time at home.

For those folks who felt that last year work-life balance was thrown out of the window due to WFH, has it become better now that many banks have called folks back in? Curious to know how it is going. Are you able to take breaks more often (dinner, gym, etc.) and switch yourself off?
