Return to office NYC?

Would be surprised if the larger banks pushed to go back by end of month. CDC is forecasting the current spike to peak in 3 weeks in NY, so do not think most groups will return for a little while longer.

I second the above, don’t think it’s smart to have us back right when cases are looking/at it’s peak. Smarter move would be a buffer until we go back but guess we’ll see. My firm is voluntary as well with going back end of this month. 

Given general sentiment and britain dropping of all Covid related restrictions I think it’s a matter of weeks before the libs do the same because it’s finally obvious that none of it worked anyways. I would be prepared to be in full time very shortly.

Have seen a few places pushing return to end of Feb. The ones that have been consistently aggressive about RTO (JPM, GS) may hold firm though

CS has a mandatory back to office date on Feb 1st

JEF announced last week they still plan to return Feb 1

know that JP M&A spends most of their time in the office
