Review Freshman with no experience's resume

Thanks to everyone who has been helping me with this resume since it's so hard to make one when I lack relevant experience. I attached my cover letter and resume and would love HARSH reviews, it's not going to hurt my feelings and I would rather you guys tell me than the person I'm sending it to.

Thanks in advance!

the content of your skills and experiences is more important though.

*each bullet should be set up as: Problem, Solution, Result.

For example: • Evaluated and improved search engine results for one of the world's largest Internet search engine companies. CHANGE TO: • Proposed a solution to improve search engine results based on XYZ computer theory, and successfully implemented solution through managerial approval, and contributed to the innovation of the firm by reducing search errors related to ABC.

  • also if possible try to quantify your result e.g. (resulted in improving search engine results by .75%)

Thanks so much for the feedback. Replaced line with "•Proposed a solution to improve search engine results based on Algorithm Analysis/Search Engine Optimization, and successfully implemented solution through managerial approval, and contributed to the innovation of the firm by reducing search errors related to misrouted query results." There's no concrete number I have quantifying what I did while working, so there's nothing close I could add close to that unfortunately. Also I added my fraternity to activities.
