Rising Senior In Undergrad. Could I break in with my experience?

I am going into my senior year of college with a 3.65 GPA at a non target majoring in finance and technology with 1 year of finance internship experience at a F250 company, beginning an internship (fall) doing BDC accounting at a capital market company, with a couple other resume boosters (pitched a stock to my schools investment fund, fraternity president).

I was not able to secure a summer analyst position but I am highly motivated to work in IB and was wondering what my chances are of making this happen, considering I am late (already going to be a senior) and some of my experiences seem to be only semi relevant. If IB seems too unrealistic what areas of finance suit my resume best.

Edit: My school is 30 minutes from NYC

I am not qualified other then the talks I have had with MDs while I was at a non target. So double verify. What I was told was that when you are from a non-target school anything below a 3.9 GPA becomes kinda like a ding against your resume. Also, typically you need to get more related experiences. I would personally never give up on it if I was you just because 1 connection is all it takes for this to mean nothing but it is very unlikely for your resume to compete with those in targets or those at non targets with the stats mentioned. Personally I had a 3.91 GPA from a non target and still had to make that connection before given a real chance. In the end I still transferred due to it being easier.
