My friend says she's getting paid 70k base at a BB with a variable year end bonus but around 20-30k. Don't quote me on that though.
Generally you wouldn't get a risk managment position without a masters. You generally enter at the Senior Analyst level. The base pay is between 75-80K, and bonuses are about 15-20%. Growth is stable, but slow. All of this is for Toronto.
False, plenty of undergrads land risk roles in Toronto
I can speak for 2 different BBs. One pays about 70k and 20-30 bonus. Another pays 70k and 50-60k bonus (this was in 2008). I would imagine bonuses to range from 10- 40k now.
