Risk Management Pay in 2016
Considering applying for risk management jobs, specifically credit risk and market risk. I talked to a couple of people and they mentioned base pay was bumped along with banking pay to $85k. Is pay standard across the street at $85k? What would bonus look like? Plenty of banking info but not much on risk.
Top BB here... Credit risk is 80 base and between 5-10k first year bonus. Not sure how it goes up from there. Market risk is a lot more variable because the vast majority of market risk hires are quants now. Very few non quant hiring still going on.
