Roark Capital Insight

I have an offer from a MM IB in Chicago, think (HW, Baird, Houlihan), but I am very interested in the buy side. I have had a few interviews with a middle market private equity firm Roark Capital, and I wanted to see if anyone has more insight on the firm. If so, how would you rank them in terms of prestige? Would it be wise to let go of a MM IB offer in order to pursue MM PE?

I searched around WSO and found some things mentioned; however, some seem to be outdated.

Hey ghost2435, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I am sad to say, but this thread is lonely, so thought I'd post in here to try and help out. Some potential topics that might help:

Or maybe the following pros can chime in... @U1993" Niklas-Witzigmann @tom.cullen1993"

Hope that helps.

They're alright! If PE is your goal, it's not a bad choice. I've done a small handful of deals with them and they're better to work with than most PE shops.
