Roast My Resume- Rejected for 5 SocGen Sophomore Summer Positions

Just got rejected for 5 positions in SocGen's 2024 sophomore summer program, including the Investment Banking offices in Houston, Chicago, and New York, as well as Capital Markets and Financial Analyst.

I think it was my resume that brought me down. Can anyone tell me how I can do better?
Open to constructive criticism for my resume (personal information hidden).

Thank you guys!

I mean without even reading, formatting is screamingly inconsistent and shitty — major red flag #1 lmao.

I actually covered it for privacy, but I re-edited my resume photo so that it looks more understandable, thanks for the input though!

Your work experience seems ridiculously cracked for a sophomore, did you get a first round or superday? If so, I would be looking at other areas of your performance. If not, hot damn it’s just a shit market for recruiting.

I think this is less on you because this is a strong resume for a sophomore. My only advice is keep reaching out to people and applying for positions.

Things will work out, best of luck!

No, my point is that holding two different internships simultaneously at the same employer makes no sense. delete the search fund position and add more investment banking bullets

The formatting across the board is strange. You define the term "CCaSS" for no reason.

Your interests are boring enough to get you dinged by certain people (lol slide design?!)

Overall, you have a strong profile but this resume is horrendous. i recommend working with a professional editing service

NYU is the biggest red flag tbh

your first mistake was applying 5 different positions - shows a lack of interest for one specific group
