Role of different IPO parties (Sponsors, Coordinators, Bookrunners & Lead Managers)

Hi all,

Budweiser will be listing in HK sometime next week and there are several parties involved in making the IPO happen. I am no expert in IBD (I work in other parts of capital markets) and I was hoping that someone can enlighten me on the differences for the following roles

Joint Sponsors: J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley Joint Global Coordinators: Bank of America Merrill Lynch, CICC Joint Bookrunners: BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, HSBC Joint Lead Managers: BOCI, ICBCI, ING, Mizuho, SocGen Stabilization & Settlement agent: J.P. Morgan
