Anyone have insights on the size of operations of the Toronto office, the schools from which they recruit, the general recruitment process?

Very small class size, 3-4 SAs per year. Not sure when the interview process is but I'd presume they mainly recruit from Ivey and Smith.

Usually hire 1-3 SA. Full-time conversion is very low due to a lack of need for full-times. Usually don't hire SA if they know they are not hiring full-times.
No one has mentioned this yet but its only mining at their Toronto office.
