Rothschild & Co hires Jonathan Kaye as Global Co-Head of Business Services

Rothschild & Co’s Global Advisory business announced today that Jonathan Kaye will join the firm’s North America business as Global Co-Head of Business Services. Mr. Kaye will play a key role in the continued growth of the Business Services team and help expand the firm’s North America Global Advisory business.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co, Mr. Kaye served as Partner & Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he founded and led the firm's Business Services franchise which became a market leader over ten years. Mr. Kaye advised on well over a hundred transactions with both large cap and middle market private equity, across a dozen verticals. Mr. Kaye previously served as a Managing Director of Citi's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group. Mr. Kaye holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University and graduated cum laude from Duke University School of Law.
