Hey all, does anyone know what the process for Rothschild spring is looking like this year? Is it AS > OT > AC
Any insights would be appreciated, and have any offers gone out?

Did my AC recently; it goes application/sjt and then the AC which I *think* is the final stage.
Bro is it a bad sign if I haven’t heard back yet?
Hard to say since it varies firm to firm and idk what Roth’s is doing rn. I, and a few others, have gotten offers at another bank shortly after interview but I know Roth’s started ACs last week and haven’t heard much in terms of offers. Youre probably good for now but since things are done on a rolling basis and they’ve already done 2 weeks of ACs you’re probably at a disadvantage but not out completely.

I don’t think you can really prepare for it, they’re looking at how you interact with the other people in the AC. I’d say read up on financial news stuff; Rothschild has already given out a few batches of offers.
