Rounding mandatory pass fail classes as an A?
For IB SA22 recruiting I’m faced with a GPA dilemma. If I include two classes that changed to mandatory pass/fail as A’s in my GPA from the spring (professors said I would’ve been above a theoretical A cutoff) would I get dinged if the following happened? GPA without pass fails = 3.71. Whereas GPA with pass fails as A’s = 3.75 exactly which I could turn into 3.8. What are your guys’ thoughts on this? Obviously it’s in the gray area but 3.71 vs 3.8 is not insignificant if I’m gunning for RX groups...
No gray area, just dishonesty.
