RX IB - Top EB in Non-NY major city vs. 2nd Tier Boutique in NYC
What's your thoughts on this in terms of learning opportunities & exit ops into buyside?
Looks like, even under this slow RX market, both banks have fair amount of deal flow.

Depends on what the 2nd Tier boutique is. Give us some specific examples. If it's like Guggenheim, Roth or Jefferies, I'd say NYC. But any firms below that caliber then I'd say the EB in a none major city.
the boutique is in the world of PWP/Centerview/Ducera/MilerBuckfire.
Should I expect little buyside exit opps out of those places at nyc?
You consider those EBs you listed 2nd tier boutiques?!
Lmao if it’s Centerview take that
Firm name matters, especially when it comes to exit opps. In reality it matters very little how "good" a certain group is.
I wouldn't take Ducera or MBF over any of the EBs.
Would you take Ducera over Jefferies Rx?
