Could someone share some online resources/websites that have free content for RX interviews? I don’t have one anytime soon but may in a couple weeks and considering I know nothing technical-wise for RX I definitely need to do some learning. I found some sources with a Google search but figured this would be the best place to ask.

Moyer distressed debt investing is the Bible
WAll street prep has free YouTube miniseries and a more intense course for money but prob don’t need that for interviews
Breaking into Wall Street has a restructuring section in the 400 question guide
Distressed debt investing blogspot goes over restructuring cases from a bunch of years ago with an investing focus but will give you a good situation overview and insight into the process
Just know equity value can’t be negative (or share price) - the floor is zero, even when net debt is greater than TEV

Sorry if I was unclear. The 400 question general guide has a small restructuring section for a few pages. The whole thing isn’t restructuring
Super helpful - would you say Faboozi is worth reading before diving into Moyer? Or is it not that big of a value-add in terms of understanding distressed credit / RX?
study reorg videos on youtube - it will make you stand out
just watch their youtube videos, there are a ton and some could come up in interviews

Don’t get too hung up memorizing the statutes other than the chapter numbers (chapter 7 v 11) and “363 sale”

Signed for SA 2022 and through all interviews at multiple RX shops and all questions asked were covered in this guide or normal IB questions for the most part. Definitely agree to read Moyer and understand main concepts there. If you do you will be set. Put together a relatively exhaustive list of RX interview questions from looking through past WSO interviews and from my buddies who also interviewed. If interested PM me

Understand types of debt, understand causes for distress and have a high level understanding of implementation processes.
Haven't done a ton of RX studying yet but I read Rosenbaum and Pearl's book as I've been prepping for other, non-RX interviews and skimmed over the debt info. Definitely will go back and look at that
