SA applying to more positions than allowed?
Citigroup only allows applications to apply to two divisions within the Institutional Clients Group. I'm interested in investment banking (NY and Chicago) but also in Global Capital Markets (NY). I've already submitted for IBD NY and Chi, so i'm thinking of creating a new account and applying for GCM NY with that. Do they have separate recruiting processes and would this be caught by HR? If so, will they throw out my applications for all three?
You shouldn't. I've heard that HR does track multiple accounts/applications and that they'll withdraw all your applications if you do.
