SA Background Checks
I have some potential concerns about my 3rd-party background check while signing my SA offer that I would be grateful to get addressed:
1) I have an unpaid internship at a smaller bank that was pretty self-guided which the CEO and I have a good relationship, but have never interacted with HR - is this a problem?
2) Wrote I was a intern in a position 4 years ago (that I got in HS) that was really a shadowing experience and again, not official employment
3) What is the extent to which they verify all of your resume bulletpoints? I’m sure we’ve all stretched the truth and I am the same, however, nothing that is a blatant lie.
