Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's not uncommon for summer analyst (SA) offers, especially at elite boutiques (EBs), to exclude mention of bonuses in the offer letter. Bonuses for SAs are often discretionary and can vary significantly depending on the firm, group performance, and individual performance. If you're concerned, you could reach out to HR or your recruiter for clarification, but rest assured, this is a fairly standard practice.

Yeah you're getting screwed over. My bonus was literally half of my SA comp!
